Parking Operation along with Rented Parking Equipment :

         We manage the parking operation on expenses basis like manpower wages, stationery, mobile usage, Tickets and consumable, uniform costs,
        employee insurance and management fees (these expenses known as Direct Operating Costs)  and we install the vehicle parking management
        equipment on monthly rental basis. In this package having the minimum contract locking period is 5 years,
       
        System maintenance, spare parts etc. cost will be considered as a rent. One year rent will be charged in advance at the time of equipment installation.
        System will be dismantled at the time of completion of the contract period. Cashier cabins have to arranged by the clients.
